Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors made by Muse Wears.


2. Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors caused by Muse Wears.
